In the first quarter of 2016, the purchase of Bank Ifis in the domestic consumer credit sector of Non Performing Loans. The bank, according to a note, has in fact purchased, in two separate transactions, credits for a total nominal value of approximately 450 million euros, which correspond to approximately 50 thousand positions.
The first transaction relates to a portfolio with a total nominal value of over 240 million euro, sold by Deutsche Bank SpA More than 35 positions correspond to it, mainly made up of personal loans, with an average ticket of around 7 euros
The second operation was finalized with a company dedicated to the activities of factoring and Npl management and relates to a portfolio with a nominal value of over 208 million euro, made up of more than 13 positions, mainly relating to personal loans. The average ticket is around 15 euros.
Today Banca Ifis shares lose 2% in MY BAG, at 28,05 euros per share just before midday. In the last 6 months the stock has gained 31%, a much better rally than that of the banking sector.
