Banca IFIS announces that it has signed an agreement for the sale of a portfolio of unsecured Non-Performing Loans in the domestic consumer credit sector with a company operating in the financial market. The object of the transaction is a portfolio of bad loans with a nominal value of over 226 million euros corresponding to approximately 20 thousand positions. The portfolio, sold on the secondary consumer credit market, is made up of loans with advanced ageing.
