The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Banca IFIS SpA, which met today under the chairmanship of Sebastien Egon Fürstenberg, approved:
• the financial statements for the 2016 financial year, the results of which were communicated on 16 March 2017;
• the distribution to shareholders of a dividend of €0,82, gross of any legal withholdings, for each ordinary share with coupon detachment (no. 20) on 2 May 2017, record date on 3 May 2017 and payment from 4 May 2017. Payment will be made through the authorized intermediaries with whom the shares are registered in the Monte Titoli System;
• the contents of Section I of the document "Remuneration Report" drawn up pursuant to Article 123 ter of the TUF, and also took note of the report on the implementation of the remuneration policies during the 2016 financial year, also for the purposes of adjustment of the remuneration policies of the Banca IFIS Banking Group for 2017.
