Banca IFIS, agreement with trade unions for "tailor-made" welfare

The Venetian bank has signed an agreement that introduces innovative incentive policies and tools, expanding the corporate welfare system with a new panel of goods and services that add to those already offered to employees. The two pillars of the agreement are: rewarding merit and improving the well-being of the person.

Rewarding merit and improving personal well-being: these are the pillars of the double agreement that Banca IFIS signed with the trade unions Fabi, First Cisl, Fisac ​​Cgil and Uilca. Banca IFIS thus introduces new incentive policies and innovative tools and increases the corporate welfare system, launching, on an experimental basis and for the year 2019, a new panel of goods and services.

"The value of the person, his needs and the emotional bond with the company are fundamental values ​​for increasing the sense of community and belonging to the Group - comments Paolo Zennaro, Head of Human Resources of Banca IFIS –. In particular, the new welfare proposal arises from listening to the people who work in the Bank every day and from the awareness that, only by favoring the balance and conciliation between work-related needs with personal and family ones, can they allow the full expression and the development of professional potential and favor the creation of shared and stable value over time».

The new variable performance bonus. The agreement signed provides for the definition of the methods for disbursing the new variable performance bonus (for the relevant personnel categories) in order to determine greater employee involvement in the achievement of corporate objectives, while promoting increases in profitability, productivity, competitiveness and efficiency of the Group. The new award criteria leverage the role held, the achievement of profitability objectives and performance assessment. The bonus is focused on an increase in the 2018 net result from financial management compared to 2017, in percentage terms, higher than any increase in 2018 operating costs compared to 2017.

Banca IFIS's tailor-made welfare. Starting from 1 January 2019, on an experimental basis, Banca IFIS will make available a menu of goods and services to choose from, built around individual and family needs. The basket of opportunities, divided into areas as required by the legislator (expenses for education, supplementary pensions, mortgages, health insurance, public transport, free time and shopping vouchers) is available to employees and family members both in the "reimbursed service" and as direct purchase or deposit. This tool will complete the wide range of employee benefits which already provides for complete insurance coverage (health policy for the entire family unit, professional and non-professional accident policy, life insurance policy and finally permanent disability due to illness) as well as electronic meal tickets, smartphones corporate and subsidized mortgages for the purchase of the first home.
