Today's board of directors approved the appointment of the new chairman and that of Raffaele Agrusti, general manager and CFO of Generali, as the new non-executive director of the company – Positive title in Piazza Affari.

The Board of Directors of Genarali Bank officially named the new president of the institute. AND' Paolo Vagnone, former general manager and country manager for Italy of the Generali group. 

Today's Board of Directors - reads a note - also nominated Raffaele Agrusti new non-executive director of society. Agrusti, general manager and CFO of Generali, declared that he does not hold shares in the institute's share capital.

At the beginning of the afternoon, Banca Generali shares moved into slightly positive territory in Piazza Affari (+0,2%). A trend in contrast with the Ftse Mib, which in the same minutes lost 0,76%. The other main credit institutions listed in Milan are in the red: Unicredit loses 1,09% and Intesa 0,63%.
