In fact, the Trieste institute has formed an alliance with the English consultancy firm: for the first time in Italy, thanks to this partnership, a bank can offer, in addition to asset planning, the services of a leading company on the front of the advisory.

PwC will provide Banca Generali's customers with a team of professionals who will assist them in "acquisition, transfer, merger and demerger transactions, in the preparation of industrial plans, in the valuation of companies or business units and in due diligence activities" .

Generali's choice of PwC is based on the presence of the English company in the world (PwC is in 157 countries), as well as in Italy, where the consultancy firm can count on over 3.700 professionals spread across 21 cities. Their expertise, explains the co-director general of the institute in Trieste Gian Maria Mossa, will serve to provide specialized solutions to critical issues in the field of inheritance or extraordinary finance.
