The Banca Finnat share entered the volatility auction shortly before 13 pm, with a last price at 52,4 cents. At around 17pm, it's up more than 15%.
The session of 27 December 2013 closed at 29,6 cents, then the purchases started which still make the stock soar on the Stock Exchange.
Today's latest price implies an upside of more than 77% from December 27 levels. These are performances that have already made Consob suspicious, which has asked for clarifications. However, in a note dated 3 January, Banca Finnat specified that there are no extraordinary transactions in progress or other reasons related to the current fluctuations in the share price.
