Giuseppe Rovani, 53, has been appointed General Manager of Banca Euromobiliare, an institution specializing in private banking of the Credem Group which at the end of March 2013 managed 7,6 billion euro of total assets. Rovani, in the Credem Group for over 30 years, previously held the position of General Manager of Credemvita and Credemassicurazioni.
Stefano Bisi, deputy general manager and head of financial promotion, and Gianluca Noce, head of private banking, will report to Rovani at Banca Euromobiliare. In addition, Stefano Pilastri, already on the board of directors of Banca Euromobiliare, has been appointed vice president. Pilastri will keep all the positions held in the group.
Ferdinando Rebecchi leaves his position as Chief Executive Officer of Banca Euromobiliare and returns to the parent company Credem where he will assume responsibility for the coordination of some corporate center services, within the Central Management.
