The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Banca Aletti (a wholly owned subsidiary of Banco BPM) which met today on first call at the registered office in Milan, elected the members of the board of directors who will remain in office for the next three years, until the approval of the financial statements fiscal year 2020, and appointed the new President and Vice President.
The Banca Aletti board, which passes from 8 to 9 members, is made up of:
- Umberto Ambrosoli
- Carlo Bellavite Pellegrini
- Joseph Chestnut
- Maurice Faroni
- Sergio Marullo Di Condojanni
- Mario Minoja
- Joseph Pasini
Claudio Rangoni Machiavelli - Maurice Zancanaro
For Carlo Bellavite Pellegrini, Mario Minoja, Claudio Rangoni Machiavelli and Maurizio Zancanaro it is a confirmation of previous mandates.
The Assembly appointed Umberto Ambrosoli as chairman of the board of directors, and Carlo Bellavite Pellegrini as vice chairman, for a three-year mandate, until the approval of the 2020 financial statements. The Assembly also confirmed Urbano Aletti as honorary president.
The Shareholders' Meeting also appointed the members of the board of statutory auditors, who will remain in office for the next three years, until the approval of the 2020 financial statements, made up as follows:
- Alfonso Sonato – Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors;
- Marcello Priori and Angelo Zanetti – statutory auditors;
- Maria Luisa Mosconi and Dorino Mario Agliardi – alternate auditors.
The representatives of the Parent Company, Banco Bpm, expressed their thanks to the outgoing directors who, over the years, have contributed with dedication and competence to the development of Banca Aletti. A special thanks was paid to Vittorio Coda for the valuable work carried out during his term of office as chairman of the board of directors.
At the end of the meeting, the board of directors confirmed Maurizio Zancanaro as managing director of the Bank.
