Banco BPM SpA it's a banking group Italian of cooperative origin, present throughout Italy with the exception of Alto Adige. The group has been operating since 1 January 2017. Banco Bpm was born from merger of two large banks: Banco Popolare and Banca Popolare di Milano which are transformed into SpA
Banco Bpm, is the third largest banking group in the country with 4 million customers, 1.400 branches and 22.00 employees.
The Group operates in Italy in all banking and financial sectors and is also present in other European countries, with subsidiaries and branches, and in Asia, through some representative offices.
