Azimut has completed the purchase in Brazil of 50% of the capital of the company of the Futurainvest group, active in financial consultancy, and of 50% of the capital of the company of the Futurainvest group, active in asset management.

The transaction will also involve the purchase of 50% of Futurainvest Dtvm, a financial institution authorized to distribute financial products to local investors.

The total value of the transaction (approximately 3,9 million) is mainly paid as part of a capital increase operation aimed at financing the business plan. The agreement contemplates the possibility of an adjustment of the subscription price (always paid as a capital increase) according to the growth of the business in the first three years of activity.

“Today is a very important day – commented the president and CEO of Azimut Pietro Giuliani -. From now on we can start implementing our integrated business model also in Brazil. Futurainvest Consultoria, which operates in an open architecture model, will be our vector that will provide high-level financial advice for Brazilian investors".

In closing, the stock lost 1,92% in Piazza Affari.
