International Accelerator (“IA”) has created a global network specialized in the monitoring and selection, at an international level, of innovative start-ups through which it will signal to axélero the companies with the highest potential and which can strategically complement the business model of the Italian company and be placed on the Italian market. An opportunity that will allow the Italian Internet Company to identify in advance innovative technologies, products and services useful for the digitization of SMEs, the PA and large companies.
IA will also provide the companies already present in axéleroLab, the axélero division dedicated to accelerating start-ups that are synergistic with their business, an assessment of the potential expansion towards the North American market with particular attention to the trends that govern it. An interesting perspective for axéleroLab which recently launched Restaurants.it, the cutting-edge platform dedicated to the restaurant world that allows restaurants to offer digital services to their customers in total autonomy and gives them full control of home deliveries by connecting each other, via apps, restaurants, drivers and customers.
in turn, axélero will leverage its know-how to identify and evaluate the best start-ups to report to IA which will estimate their potential for the North American market and the consequent inclusion in its programme. The agreement constitutes an important development channel for Italian digital entrepreneurs: the selected startups will be able to take advantage of axélero's skills, including the extensive and widespread sales network, and the opportunity to expand on the North American market thanks to the support and AI funding.
The start-ups included in the AI program will be assisted in the development of the business plan, as well as in the management, execution and interaction with decision makers and investors, as well as receiving bureaucratic support with regards to entering the US market and the complicated US tax system.
