With the appointment of the partner Andrea Ughi as manager of the Milan offices and the push towards a phase of renewal and growth both for internal lines and for aggregations already "in the process of being defined", the Ughi e Nunziante studio relaunches after the spin off of the equity partner Fiorella Alvino and some lawyers from the historic office in Via Zenale in Milan.
The announcement came in response to the statement with which the Nunziante Magrone studio announced, on Friday 28 September, that an agreement had been reached whereby "the historic Milan office in via Zenale of the Ughi e Nunziante law firm, with all its professionals and the co-founder of the firm, the lawyer Gianni Nunziante, separates from the Rome office and integrates with Nunziante Magrone". The communication went on to add that "the initiative involves a total of 80 professional resources, of which 50 in Milan and aspires to bring together more than 100 professionals under a common name in the short term".
In truth, the Ughi e Nunziante firm founded in the late 60s and remained, with Chiomenti, among the few firms of business lawyers - with this seniority - still Italian after the advance and acquisitions of the large foreign firms of the last years ago, made it known that there has been no integration between the two firms and that "it continues its activity in continuity and in total independence through its offices in Milan, in via Borgonuovo and in via Zenale, and its Rome, in via XX Settembre”. Furthermore, "several lawyers indicated as participants in the spin-off will continue to be part of Ughi e Nunziante".
