Today, with the merger between the Milanese offices of Ughi e Nunziante and Nunziante Magrone, the landscape of business law firms in Italy is changing.

Gianni Nunziante and all the professionals of the historic Milan office of Ughi and Nunziante separate from the Rome office and integrate with Nunziante Magrone, a reality born in 2002 with the merger of the studios headed by Gianmatteo Nunziante, son of Gianni, and Giandomenico Magrone.

The operation involves a total of 80 professional resources, of which 50 in Milan and aspires to bring together more than 100 professionals under a common denomination in the short term.

“This is an important project that aims to create a cohesive group of lawyers and to redesign the panorama of Italian law firms. The brand with which we present ourselves on the market was presented to seal the operation”, commented the operation lawyer Gianni Nunziante.

It has not yet been communicated whether new partners will be named or whether previous roles will be confirmed.
