The Board of Avio, a company controlled 81% by the Cinven fund and 14% by Finmeccanica, has approved the data relating to first quarter of 2012, closed with very positive results. In a statement released by the company, theChief Executive Officer Francesco Caio commented on these results, stating how they confirm the growth trend that began in 2011, especially in the AeroEngine sector, where global demand is continuously increasing. As for the future, Caio said that “the first quarter results and growth allow us to continue with confidence in the realization of our development plans".
