Autostrade, but where is Consob?

Consob should come out of hibernation and require garrulous ministers to inform the markets in detail about their intentions on Autostrade in order to put an end to the information chaos that Di Maio and his cronies are generating in open markets with serious damage to savers

Autostrade, but where is Consob?

After Genoa bridge tragedy it continues to amaze observers of the financial markets that Consob is like the phoenix: everyone says it exists, where it is nobody knows. It is also surprising that those who have suffered the most severe losses on the securities of the Atlanta listed company have not asked Consob to intervene immediately against the statements of Conte, Di Maio, Salvini and Toninelli, who have contributed and continue to contribute to sinking the shares of the listed company, causing serious damage to savers.

The continuation of open markets of discussion on the concession to Autostrade risks taking the form of a financial crime to the detriment of the markets well beyond the responsibilities and sanctions that will hopefully be ascertained not by a people's court in the Ghepeu style first and then by the Red Guards, but by a legislatively envisaged body, bordering on financial crime, albeit to the great annoyance of President Conte who as a jurist distrusts the timing of the judiciary.

Consob, having come out of hibernation, should require garrulous ministers to inform the markets in detail about their intentions in order to put an end to the information chaos that Di Maio and his cronies are generating to open markets.
