(Teleborsa) – Autostrade per l'Italia, controlled by Atlantia, announced its intention to issue a series of new euro-denominated fixed-rate notes as part of its €7 million medium-term program and its intention to withdraw 650 million notes in 2019, 2020, 2021.
In particular, the securities that the issuer will withdraw are all four of the 'senior guaranteed' category, while the maturities are February 2019 (coupon 4,5%), March 2020 (coupon 4,375%), February 2021 (coupon 2,875%) and November 2021 (1,25% coupon).
Offer opens today, Monday 11 September, ending on 18 September, unless the period for the offer in question is extended or reopened.
Atlantia shares were positive in Piazza Affari: +1,07%.
