The central theme of the 66th edition of the Frankfurt Motor Show it is "connected mobility", i.e. how the big car manufacturers exploit the potential of the Internet to create new types of mobility linked to the Internet. Therefore, important innovations are expected, above all on the fascinating topic of automatic driving, a real frontier of the future. But it must be said that we are still at the beginning but already from this edition it will be possible to understand how the car manufacturers are facing this challenge.

Il Frankfurt Motor Show opened its doors today for mass media and industry professionals and will be open to the public from Thursday 17 September. Until 27 September it will host many new products (219 world premieres) both for cars and for two-wheeled engines as in the case of the new Ducati Monster 1200 R which will be exhibited in the Audi pavilion. 

In addition to the latest news on connected mobility and ecological cars, the wait for top cars it is always very high. Among the super-luxury four-wheelers there is a great deal of curiosity about the Ferrari Spider 488 with 8° turbo V90 engine of 3.900 cc and 670 horsepower, for the Lamborghini Huracan Spyder, and for the latest Porsche 911 Carrera. And then there's the new convertible at home Rolls Royce with the presentation of the new one Dawn.

It will be a Show in which the protagonist cars will also and above all be the SUVs, with Audi vhe will present its e-tron Quattro concept, an all-electric car with a range of 500 km and Volkswagen will unveil the second generation Tiguan to be launched in spring 2016.
