European registration slowdown. According to data released Thursday morning by the European Automobiles Manufacturers Association (Acea), in October new car registrations recorded a -0,3% (EU+EFTA, -0,02% in the EU alone) compared to the same month in 2015. Against the trend, Italy recorded the highest growth (+9,7%), followed by Spain (+4%) and Great Britain (+1,4%). Weakness instead in Germany (-5,6%) and France (-4%).

In this context, FCA sees 6,6% increase (EU+EFTA) own registrations compared to the corresponding month of 2015, to 75.108 units, while the market share rose to 6,6% from 6,2% in October 2015.
In the first ten months, on the other hand, the growth in registrations was 14,5% to 843.305 cars. In October, sales of Fiat-branded cars grew by 3,2%, Jeeps by 8,3%, Lancia/Chrysler by 24,4%, Alfa Romeos by 21%, Dodge and Maserati by 51,5%, XNUMX percent.
