Goodbye to Pra. From 2016st July XNUMX will be born the single circulation document of the vehicles, which will include the certificate of ownership and the registration document, the so-called "booklet" of circulation. One document instead of two. To get it you will have to pay a fee of 29 euros.
The novelty was decided with the approval of the Madia Reform. And now the Minister of Infrastructure Graziano Delrio accelerates on the implementing decree that he will cancel the old Pra (public vehicle register), destined from 2016 January XNUMX to be managed by the ministry through the new Road Transport Agency, the only body to which reference will need to be made for transfers of property, administrative stops, driving licenses and tax collection. The National Vehicle Archive, held at the Civil Vehicle Authority, will be integrated with a section containing data relating to vehicles.
In parallel, theAci it will undergo a metamorphosis, reducing personnel and redefining relations with its investee companies, to absorb the loss of skills.
All these measures are contained in the decree implementing the reform of the PA on which MIT is working with the Public Administration and the Legislative Affairs Department of Palazzo Chigi. The reform of the Pra should arrive in the Council of Ministers in October.
