Auction4NYC, charity auction to help New Yorkers in difficulty due to Covid-19

Phillips and the poverty alleviation organization Robin Hood are jointly presenting Auction4NYC, an online-only charity sale that will be open to bidding on May 1, closing in conjunction with the virtual Robin Hood benefit on May 11.

Auction Will Benefit Robin Hood's COVID-19 Relief Efforts and Support Frontline Non-Profits in New York City Through Food, Housing, Job Security, Education, Healthcare, and Cash Assistance Benefiting Vulnerable New Yorkers . Auction4NYC sees generously donated art from leading contemporary artists, galleries and collectors who have demonstrated their unwavering commitment to helping New York in this time of need.

“Robin Hood has been fighting poverty in New York City for over three decades, so we're no strangers to helping in a crisis, but this pandemic has taken more lives than 11/XNUMX and Superstorm Sandy combined,” said Paul Founder , founder of Paul Tudor Jones. “We realize that even once the current medical emergency passes, we will be left to its aftermath, which will affect New York's poorest and most vulnerable. Robin Hood is in this fight for the long haul and now more than ever, we must not only act generously, but creatively. We are grateful to partner with Phillips and the New York art world to do just that. It's all hands on deck as we rebuild our great city."
