Atlantia: 9-month profit of 713 million (+5,5%)

Positive accounts for the Benetton group company, which closed the January-September period with revenues growing by 1,5% on an annual basis and a decreasing net financial debt.

Atlantia closes the first nine months of 2011 with a profit of 713 million euros, up 5,5% on an annual basis. Consolidated revenues instead amounted to 3.021 million euros (+1,5% on a like-for-like basis) with an Ebitda of 1.875 million euros (+5,6%).

The positive impact on the company's accounts was above all a capital gain deriving from the sale of Strada dei Parchi and the effects of the acquisition of control of Triangulo do Sol in Brazil.

Investments to upgrade the grid made between January and September amounted to 1.128 million euros (+14% compared to the same period of 2010). Net financial debt decreased, which at 30 September 2011 amounted to 8.844 million euros.

Atlantia shares gained 1,89% today in Piazza Affari.
