The French authorities have announced a Ecomouv the payment of the indemnity for the dissolution of the Franco-Italian company in charge of collecting the so-called ecotax - later abolished by the government - on the transalpine territory. He communicated it in a note Atlantia specifying that the indemnity – the net amount of which is equal to 403 million euro and which will be paid on 2 March 2015 - "allows the recovery of investments, including the repayment of the portion of debt that has not already been taken over by the State, the remuneration of the invested capital and the management of the voluntary liquidation of the company Ecomouv , including the costs of the social plan”.
In the note, Atlantia also specifies that the French state "bears the burden of repurchasing the equipment produced by Ecomouv and distributed to the operators, as well as the project debt".
The news allowed Atlantia to give wings to Piazza Affari. In fact, Atlantia's share is among the best after an hour of trading on the Milan Stock Exchange. At 10 today Atlantia gains 1,5%.
