Atlantia, good 2011: profit +4,5%

The former Autostrade per l'Italia holding closed the year on a positive note, with revenues growing to 3,9 billion – Debt down – The stock in Piazza Affari gains 0,2%.

Atlantia, the holding company which has been the new name since 2007 of the Autostrade per l'Italia company, closed 2011 well. Profit rose to 830 million euros (+4,5% on a like-for-like basis), with revenues growing to 3,976 billion, and Ebitda to 2,385 billion (+5,1%).

Debt, on the other hand, decreased to -687 million. These are some of the data from the 2011 accounts approved by the Board, which proposes to the Shareholders' Meeting an unchanged dividend of 0,746 euro per share. On the Stock Exchange, around 16 pm, the stock gains around 0,2%.
