With estimates ranging from $500 to $200.000, these sales offer a wealth of options for both new and seasoned contemporary art collectors. The works will be available for public viewing at the galleries Christie's in Rockefeller Center starting from 13 July, closing from 19 to 21 July.

Featuring more than 120 postwar and contemporary prints and multiples with estimates starting at $1.000, the Contemporary Edition sale features works for those just beginning their collecting journey as well as seasoned connoisseurs. The sale highlights works by master engravers such as Andy Warhol, Keith Haring and David Hockney, as well as contemporary market stars such as Shara Hughes e Tschabalala Self.

It's there to drive the sale Andy Warhol, Mick Jagger: a print (estimate $100.000 – 150.000), a color silkscreen signed by both Warhol and the subject, Mick Jagger. Also among the offerings for sale are a vibrant quilted fabric multiple by Tschabalala Self, Sapphire (estimate $8.000-12.000), a color archival pigment print by Shara Hughes, Split Ends (estimate $7.000-10.000), and a complete set of eight silkscreens by Julian Opie, New York Couples. (estimate $100.000-150.000).

The first open sale offers collectors the opportunity to get their hands on the works of the contemporary artists and post-war works most in demand and significant, including Ernie Barnes, Stanley Whitney, Lynne Drexler and Andy Warhol.

Christie's Auctions: The highlights of the sale also come from important private collections

The Collection of Margo Leavin, Property from the Estate of Sondra Gilman, and LA Cool: Property from the Laura Lee Stearns Collection. The sale is led by Juba Dis an Juba Dat by Ernie Barnes from 1960 (estimate $100.000-150.000). It is also highlighted Malcolm Morley's Triton (estimate $80.000-120.000). Works by contemporary artists include Untitled by Lynne Drexler (estimate $40.000-60.000) e The Start of Something New by Hernan Bas (estimate $60.000-80.000).

The sale includes works from collectable categories that trace the influence of graffiti on contemporary art and embrace the energy and humor of artists inspired by the medium. Trespassing includes works by Katherine Bernhardt, Edgar Plans, KAWS and ThankYouX along with lots of Hajime Sorayama, Javier Calleja and Roby Dwi Antono. The sale will also feature a special group of artworks curated by 1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair.

NFTs for sale at Christie's: Inna Modja, Andre O'Shea and Moon, Sun, Diamond

In collaboration with Code Green, 1-54 announced that a portion of the proceeds of these NFT will go to Great Green Wall project, which aims to restore the degraded landscapes of the continent. Also included in the auction are 1/1 Skygolpe NFT, Joshua Davis, Blake Kathryn, FVCKRENDER and GMUNK. The top lot in the sale is (UNTITLED) KRUSTY by KAWS (estimate $100.000-150.000) followed by a full portfolio of Temporary Friends by Nina Chanel Abney (estimate $60.000-80.000). Other highlights include works of various subjects by contemporary artists at a range of price points. Javier Calleja's playful REDHEAD (estimate $10.000-15.000) contrasts with Hajime Sorayama's accused Sexy Robot – 1/3 Scale Aluminum_A (estimate $25.000-35.000).
