Astaldi has announced that it has finalized the agreement with the Busi Group for the purchase of its Italian plant engineering and maintenance sector. It was the preliminary contract that was signed. Up until the moment of definitive signature, Astaldi will pay a rent, the amount of which will be deducted from the final price.
The value of the transaction will be 12,7 million euros. Astaldi guaranteed business continuity and safeguarded the employment levels of Busi Impianti, which currently employs 260 people. At 10.30 the title had risen by 3,16% and in the last week it recorded an increase of over 11%.
