Iliad Italia, Fastweb, Wind 3., Vodafone and Telecom Italia continue the tender for the assignment of frequencies for 5G. At the end of the fourth day of offers, "the total amount of the offers rose to approximately 3,5 billion, with an increase of just over one billion compared to the initial offers", according to a note from the Ministry of Economic Development .

"The competition on the 3700 MHz band therefore continues, which has reached a total amount of 1.292.700.000,00 euros while to date there are still no offers for the 700 SDL band", continues the Mise note.

The dispute remains strong for the conquest of the four lots for the 3700 Mhz band, the two main 80 Mhz ones were in the hands of Vodafone, which until yesterday had offered 450,35 million, and Telecom Italia, which had offered 500 million. Iliad is actively participating in the tender for a 20 Mhz lot in the 3700 Mhz band, but Wind 3 is the operator with the advantage for the other 20 Mhz lot.

At ten o'clock this morning the session dedicated to competitive improvements restarted.
