Assonime, the first board of directors in Rome. Catania, Cipolletta and Sella appointed vice-presidents

The first meeting of the new board of directors of Assonime, chaired by Luigi Abete which he named three vice presidents. It is Elio Catania (vicar), Innocenzo Cipolletta and Maurizio Sella.

The board, says a note, has also appointed as additional members of the presidency committee Paolo Astaldi, Giovanni Perissinotto and Giuseppe Recchi. The Governing Council also approved the establishment of a working group of the Assonime council on the constitutional changes to the budgetary and economic rules, entrusting the role of coordinator to Franco Bassanini.

Finally, the board discussed the public finance and economic framework, after the recent interventions by the Government, as well as the position of Assonime on the governance of listed companies, with particular regard to the revision of the Code of Self-discipline.

At today's meeting, in addition to President Abete, Vittorio Mincato, Anna Maria Artoni, Paolo Astaldi, Franco Bassanini, Gilberto Benetton, Franco Bernabe', Sandro Buzzi, Lamberto Cardia, Elio Cosimo Catania, Innocenzo Cipolletta, Roberto Colaninno, Marco Drago were present , Gabriele Galteri di Genola, Luca Garavoglia, Pier Francesco Guarguaglini, Pietro Guindani, Roberto Nicastro, Giovanni Perissinotto, Gennaro Pieralisi, Giuseppe Recchi, Cesare Romiti, Enrico Salza, Maurizio Sella, Pierluigi Stefanini, Pio Teodorani Fabbri.
