Assonime: the reforming imprint of the Renzi government is good

Economic and financial document and Irpef decree: these are the topics on the table of the Assonime board of directors today. The Spa association expressed its appreciation for the "strongly reforming" imprint of the government's action, "which plays a significant role in improving the confidence of Italian and foreign investors".

Satisfaction also with the design of the immediate interventions to support the economy, in particular the bonus for the less well-off, the measures to liberalize the labor market - "on which a satisfactory compromise is emerging in the Senate" - and those for the elimination public administration debt arrears. Assonime then underlined the importance of confirming the objectives on spending cuts for the next two years, noting how unfortunately in the current year a significant share of resources has been found once again with tax increases.

The association also expressed its opinion on the reform of the Senate, hoping that a vast convergence will be achieved on these issues and appreciating the proposal to include in the Constitution a parliamentary approval procedure with short and certain times of the most relevant Government provisions and the prohibition of envisage further implementing measures in the decree laws, thus overcoming even the excesses of the emergency decree observed in recent years.
