Assolombarda Servizi becomes a Benefit company. The company 100% controlled by Assolombarda amends its statute to operate in an increasingly sustainable and transparent manner towards the environment and its stakeholders.
After the resolution that took place during theExtraordinary assembly held on 27 July in the presence of the members of the board of directors – Mattia Macellari (president), Alessandro Scarabelli (managing director), Guido Marzorati (director) -, the notary sealed the evolution of Assolombarda Servizi into a Benefit company.
The choice, moreover, welcomes the challenge launched in 2016 by the Government which, with the Stability Law, made Italy the first country in the EU to introduce this new business model.
