In detail, with the Assolombarda-Inps protocol member companies will be able to count on a preferred channel to solve pending issues with INPS also through meetings in dedicated appointments, meeting the need to resolve complex issues faster.
In particular, the response time to questions relating to the management of the DURC - single document of regular contributions - formulated through the social security drawer has been set at five days.
INPS and Assolombarda also undertake to establish work tables with the task of monitoring and solving emerging problems that may affect the operations of companies. They will also be organized update events and in-depth analysis to share regulatory and procedural news on the topics of greatest interest.
