A Milan was presented “I am learning", a innovative portal dedicated to continuous training, designed to support companies and workers in the sector metalworker. Developed by Assolombarda in collaboration with i sindacati Fiom-Cgil Milano, Fim-Cisl Milano Metropoli E Uilm-Uil Milano Monza E Brianza, this project was born from the need to provide qualified and updated skills, necessary to face the challenges of digital transformation and ecological transition.
The portal was developed at a national level by Federmeccanica, Assistal, Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil and Uilm-Uil, in implementation of the provisions of the National Collective Labour Agreement (Ccnl) of 5 February 2021. MetApprendo aims to promote, organize and record training activities for all company workers, making the training process more accessible, tracked and flexible. After the successes achieved in Monza and Pavia, Assolombarda and the local unions also brought the platform to the Lombard capital, during the event “Innovating continuous training for the metalworking sector: the MetApprendo portal”.

On the other hand, the representatives of End, Fiom e Uilm they underlined how MetApprendo represents an opportunity for metalworkers to access specific training courses "with the aim of enhancing the professional skills that are essential in this phase of transformation. It is an important tool, to be made known and developed".
