“Simplification and de-bureaucratization of processes, too often slowed down by quibbles that are more formal than substantial”. These are the key words for the relaunch of investments in the real estate sector invoked by Paolo Crisafi, general manager of Assoimmobiliare, who spoke on the sidelines of the seminar "In search of lost investments" organized by Febaf, the Federation of Banks, Insurance and Finance.

Assoimmobiliare has elaborated a series of proposals and improvements to the existing laws, both in the field of finance and real estate services, and in urban planning, collecting the requests of the operators with the aim of maintaining and increasing the attractiveness of the country towards important national and international investors. abroad "in the awareness – added Crisafi – that the key words for recovery lie in the simplification and de-bureaucratisation of processes, too often slowed down by more formal than substantial quibbles".

 “In this regard – concluded Crisafi – I would like to recall the growing synergy between the world of finance, represented in Assoimmobiliare, and that of construction, which finds its representative voice in Ance, which met today in the Assembly. Again with regard to issues related to the territory, I would also like to mention the relations with Anci, a fundamental reference for local authorities in the process of divesting assets and those with Abi in terms of financing NPL initiatives as well as for assessments".

In particular, Assoimmobiliare "has also elaborated a series of targeted interventions to make both the Siiqs and the Real Estate Funds more competitive with foreign counterparts - concluded Crisafi - as well as a package of measures in the field of real estate services".
