Sudden braking of managed savings Italian a September: net collections recorded 6,25 billion euros of outflows compared to minus 3,379 billion in August which however represented a slight recovery compared to July. This is what emerges from the provisional map disclosed by Assogestioni of last month, which also shows that total assets fell to 2.228 billion euros, penalized by a negative market effect, quantified by the Assogestioni Research Office as -1,7%.

Shares in the red, bonds doing well

In particular, 2,08 billion euros flowed out of the segment of open funds with greater retail participation in September. The outflows affected i equity funds (-563 million euros), balanced (-1,5 billion euros) and flexible (-2,56 billion euros). On the other hand, product inflows continue bonds, the only asset class on which savers' attention is confirmed: the category has in fact collected 1,76 billion euros in the month, which brings inflows since the beginning of the year to +16 billion euros. As regards institutional portfolio management, the provisional reading highlights 4,14 billion euros of outflows, which however will need to be confirmed or not in the definitive quarterly map. Retail management is also in slight negative territory, at -230 million euros.

Managed savings: Generali in the lead among the groups

On the company front, at the top of the ranking, we find the group among the top 20 in terms of net inflows Generali with 767, 2 million euros followed by JP Morgan AM to 318,6 million and Ark to more than 175,8 million. In fourth place the group Mediolanum to 86,1 million. Among the companies that close the ninth month of the year in negative, there is the group Intesa Sanpaolo with minus 4,757 billion, Poste Italiane with minus 1,105 billion and Amundi with a red of 757,7 million euros.
