Paul Sarzana is the new president of Assocontact. The Vice President of Teleperformance Italia will therefore lead the association that represents the outsourced Contact Center service companies, adhering to Confindustria Digitale, which has renewed its top management by choosing Piermaria Salvagno of the Call2net company and Lelio Borgherese of Network Contacts.
