The two associations have signed a three-year memorandum of understanding with the aim of making Italian professional firms grow abroad

Assocamerestero and Confprofessioni focus on foreign markets

Create new business opportunities for Italian professional firms that want to grow abroad. This is the objective of the agreement signed between Gian Domenico Auricchio, president of Assocamerestero, e Gaetano Stella, number one of Confprofessioni. The first association brings together the 79 Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad (CCIE) and Unioncamere, while the second is the Italian Confederation of Freelancers. The two realities will work together, also collaborating with the European Council of Liberal Professions (Ceplis), the European organization representing European freelancers chaired by Stella.

The memorandum of understanding, which has a duration of three years, provides for the exchange of information, participation in institutional events in individual European Union countries and the dissemination of training initiatives to refine the skills of professionals on the activities to be carried out on the markets foreign. Italian professionals will also be able to count on a Confprofessioni Desk at the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad which will provide information and guidance services on development opportunities in individual countries.

"Our chamber network abroad sees this as an opportunity not only to open up its service potential to Confprofessioni members, but also to expand the offer to customers," said Auricchio.

"The internationalization of professional firms is an irreversible process and cannot be slowed down by the EU bureaucracy, which too often holds back the expectations of professional growth especially among young recruits", comments Stella. «And precisely in this direction, the agreement signed with the Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad aims to stimulate transnational mobility to open new markets, where our professionals can count on the network of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad to develop relationships, partnerships and collaborations and therefore affirm one's business and one's skills beyond national borders".
