According to operators, the Italian Stock Exchange will continue to point upwards in the next six months, but in the meantime the optimism that has distinguished them over the last few months has dropped significantly. This is the photograph taken from the July survey (closed on 22nd) conducted – in collaboration with 'Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor' – among operators associated with Assiom Forex.

From the research, which was attended by 296 shareholders, it emerges that the optimistic front has in fact fallen to the lowest level since April (when this type of survey began), after having reached its peak just last month: the percentage of those the next six months Piazza Affari 'up' slipped to 46% from 66% in June (58% in May).

At the same time, the share of those who predict the 'stability' of the price list increased to 39% from 25% (27% in May), while the share that indicated it was 'strongly rising' (1% in June and 2 % in May).
