After the appointment of the president Fausto Galmarini and the renewal of the directors, which took place during the Assembly last June, the summit of Assifact was completed, the association of factoring operators which represents a business equal to over 13% of GDP. In its October meeting, the Board of Assifact, the Italian Factoring Association, in fact proceeded to appoint the new Vice Presidents up to 2020: Roberto Fiorini of Unicredit Factoring SpA, Gianluca Lauria of Ifitalia SpA, Paolo Licciardello of Emil-Ro Factor SpA, Alexander
Ricco of Barclays Bank Plc – Italian Branch and Gianluigi Riva of Exprivia Digital Financial Solution Srl.
The three directors who, with the President and the Vice Presidents, will form the Executive Committee of the Association have also been appointed: Paolo
Alfieri of Sace Fct SpA, Massimiliano Belingheri of Banca Farmafactoring SpA and Antonio De Martini of Factorit SpA. Sergio Passoni, the new General Manager of UBI Factor SpA, has also joined the Board.
