Generali Italia and Genertel were judged among the best insurance companies on the market for the motor liability offer, as evidenced by the seals awarded to the two companies by the German Institute of Quality and Finance, which investigated customer satisfaction and compared the different rates available on the Italian market.
In fact, Generali Italia was awarded the seals: 'Excellent Online&App', 'Top Telematic Offer', 'Top Innovation', 'Top Quality – Price Ratio'. Furthermore, when comparing rates, it was among the cheapest companies for policies with and without black box, also winning the 'Top Rates' seal.
Genertel, in the final ranking on customer satisfaction, was the best in seven of the eight quality dimensions analyzed (complete protection, communication with customers, customer assistance, liquidated damages, telematic offer, online and apps and innovation).
This positioning has earned it the seal of 'Best RC Car Online' for customer satisfaction.
In the comparison between rates, Genertel received two more seals: 'Excellent Rca Rates with black box' and 'Top Rc Rates for 2 wheels'.
