howden, international insurance broker, launches its Italian division by acquiring the majority of Andrea Scagliarini Spa. The operation is part of a strategy that aims at global growth, as evidenced by the recent openings in Belgium, Switzerland and Australia. The group is now present in over 40 countries around the world.
