Ania and the Banche e Assicurazioni Fund have created the "Certification Manual of Insurance Company Qualifications" according to the European principles of the Eqf (European Qualifications Framework), a common reference tool to facilitate the comparison of the various professional qualifications that exist in the various EU countries.
To implement it, the Community legislation has required the definition in each state of a national repertoire of qualifications to recognize and integrate the different national systems and create a European space for learning and the exchange of skills.
The manual was created to map the professional profiles that exist in the insurance sector and create a set of professionals as a basis for the creation of the sector Directory. There are no other similar examples except in the banking world.
The certification of one's own skills represents for the worker the opportunity to see recognized all that he has learned during his working life, also through non-formal learning paths and also allows him to evaluate the gaps to be filled in order to aspire to new job positions.
