AQR, revenue up and employees tripled

The group specializing in sales through physical and multimedia channels has seen revenues grow by 34% to nearly 23 million and employees rise to 160.

It is a 2019 to remember that of AQR group, an Italian company specialized in sales through physical and multimedia channels, such as teleselling, market research, back office services and customer care (inbound). It is thanks to the new inbound services that AQR has also grown in terms of employment, tripling the number of direct employees who are now 160 against 52 the previous year. Workers in addition to the 520 collaborators engaged in outbound activities distributed across the company's 5 offices. As for the accounts, they presented double-digit growth: revenues rose to 22,8 million euros, + 34% compared to 2018; Ebitda is 2,8 million euros (equal to 12,3%), up 56%

From the second half of 2019 the group entered in the service sectors for the finance and insurance markets with the establishment of Smart4Finance, giving rise to partnership agreements with Compass, IBL Family and Fincontinuo. At the end of January, there was also the acquisition of SC Retail – financial agent (OAM) – active in the salary-backed loans market on behalf of the important player Fides (Banco Desio Group). The AQR Group is thus preparing for the celebration of its tenth anniversary, with numbers that certify its growth and project the customer interaction company founded by Francesco Saverio Esposito among the leading companies in the sector.
