The appointments at Banco Bpm: confirmed Castagna and Tononi
The Board of Banco Bpm, which met in Milan under the chairmanship of Massimo Tononi, taking into account the preliminary and propositional activity carried out by the Appointments Committee, approved unanimously, and therefore in compliance with the qualified majority envisaged by art. 23.5.1. of the Articles of Association, to present the so-called board list, made up of 15 candidates for the office of director for the years 2023-2025, which will be submitted to the next shareholders' meeting in view of the renewal of the members of the expiring corporate bodies. This was announced in a press release from the credit institution.
Massimo Tononi was indicated in the role of president e Joseph Chestnut in that of managing director. The other 13 members are: Maurizio Comoli (vice-president), Mario Anolli, Paolo Bordogna, Paola Ferretti, Marina Mantelli, Chiara Mio, Alberto Oliveti, Eugenio Rossetti, Manuela Soffientini, Luigia Tauro, Carlo Frascarolo, Costanza Torricelli and Giovanna Zanotti.
Four lists for Anima Holding. Gray president
Soul Holding, the asset management company in the spotlight these days, announced that four lists have been filed for the renewal of the board of directors, which the shareholders will have to vote on next 21 March.
Banco BPM, the first shareholder with a stake of 20,62% of the share capital, nominated: Maria Patrizia Grieco (indicated for the office of president), Alessandro Melzi d'Eril (indicated for the position of managing director), Gianfranco Venuti, Costanza Torricelli, Giovanna Zanotti. Grieco, current president of Assonime, has recently concluded his three-year term as president of Banca Mps.
Poste Italiane, with a stake equal to 11,02% of the share capital (and which a few days ago made a pact with the Caltagirone group to secure the Italian character of the company), has nominated Maria Cristina Vismara, Fabio Corsico, Maria Annunziata. FSI Holding, which has just entered the capital with a stake of 9,00%, nominated Marco Tugnolo.
Finally some Funds, representing a total of 3,16% of the share capital, were nominated by Francesco Valsecchi, Paolo Braghieri, Karen Sylvie Nahum.
