Apple against Samsung: no to the Galaxy in Australia

Apple's fight to conquer the tablet and smartphone market continues. And today the Californian giant, from which the managing director resigned on Friday Steve Jobs, won another fight. Before being able to buy a Galaxy 10.1 in Australia, you will have to wait for the outcome of the ruling on the dispute with Apple, scheduled for the end of September. Samsung, the largest seller of devices that use Google's Android operating system, has decided it will delay the sale of the tablet after the victory achieved last week in Holland.

The American giant had sued the South Koreans in early August, accusing the company of infringing some of its patents on its Galaxy 10.1 tablets. Samsung has agreed to delay the launch of the product in Australia but is not giving up. The South Korean giant will continue to defend the case and file a complaint against Apple in the Australian Federal Court.
