The INPS implementation circulars are arriving on Ape Social and early. After weeks of waiting, on 16 June the two decrees were published in the Official Gazette. Thus begins the process that will lead interested parties in possession of the requisites required to obtain the bridging income and retirement with 41 years of contributions.
Thanks to circulars 99 and 100 published on Friday 16 June on the INPS website, starting today, 17 June, access applications can be officially sent. At 14,30 pm, INPS announced that 300 applications had already been submitted, of which 179 for the Ape social and 137 for the early ones. The applications, as is known, will be accepted up to the maximum limit foreseen by the 2017 allocation and equal to 300 million.
SOCIAL AND EARLY APE: TWO QUESTIONS AND TWO DEADLINES
We remind you that, based on the provisions of the two Prime Ministerial Decrees, the interested parties will have to send two different requests.
The first must be sent by 15 July and will serve to ascertain the existence of the required requisites. The second must be sent upon achievement of the benefit to which one is entitled.

On the basis of a last-minute news, it is established that the second application can be presented at the same time as the first or pending the preliminary investigation of the same. However, there is one condition: the person interested in early retirement with 41 years of contributions (for early workers) or in the social bee must have already fulfilled the requirements established by law, including that relating to termination of employment.
SOCIAL AND EARLY APE: RETROACTIVE PAYMENT
As specified in the last few months the treatment will be retroactive. Going into detail, INPS explains that retroactivity starts from the 1st day of the month following that of the completion of the requirements. In any case, the departure date cannot be prior to May 1st.
SOCIAL AND EARLY BEES: HOW TO SEND QUESTIONS
Based on what was communicated by the INPS, applications must be submitted exclusively electronically. "Applications submitted in a manner other than online - specified in the circulars - cannot be taken into consideration".
Interested parties will have the opportunity to contact a patronage to receive free assistance or fill in the application directly "by selecting it from those made available among the online services on the website www.inps.it.
In order to complete the request, you must have one of the valid credentials for access:
- Inps pin,
- Spid (Public Digital Identity System),
- Cns (National Service Card).
At the end of the sending procedure, the user will be issued a receipt for submitting the application bearing a protocol number, date and exact time of receipt.
