Antonveneta: confirmed sentences of Fazio, Consorte and Fiorani

The Court of Cassation definitively confirmed the convictions for the trial on the attempted takeover of the BPI in Antonveneta.

Today the Attorney General of the Cassation had asked to cancel the sentences for territorial incompetence of the Court of Milan.
