The time has come for the mass vaccination campaign. From the 3 June all citizens up to the age of 16 will be able to book to receive the anti-Covid vaccine. Therefore, the criterion of the age ranges followed up to now is retiring. The novelty will be contained within a circular that the Emergency Commissioner structure led by General Francesco Figliuolo will disseminate in the next few hours.
“From 3 June, all Regions and Provinces will be given the opportunity to open to all classes following the plan, using all the administration points, even the company ones", explained Commissioner Figliuolo during a visit to Umbria, adding that there will be 20 million doses available.
VACCINES EVEN FOR 12-15 YEAR OLD BOYS
Meanwhile, the EMA has given the green light to the use of the Pfizer vaccine for the age group between 12 and 15 years. “Aifa – affirms Figliuolo – should give the authorization at the beginning of next week. We are ready, I had already included teenagers in the vaccination plan presented in March, we are talking about 2,3 million young people. We are able to proceed even in this class”. Pediatricians and family doctors could take care of the vaccinations of the children by virtue of the agreement already signed with the ministry.
ANTI-COVID OVER 60 VACCINES
As for the over 60s, the Covid Emergency Commissioner explained that nationally 62,63% of the over 37,37s were covered with the first dose. At this point it is necessary to intercept the remaining XNUMX% through an active call procedure. “So if the fragile are missing, they go looking for them. We must secure these classes because they are the ones that can go to hospital or intensive care,” said the Commissioner.
ANTI-COVID VACCINES: HOW TO BOOK YOURSELF
From midnight on June 3, citizens who have not yet been vaccinated will therefore be able to book to receive the first dose of one of the vaccines approved by the EMA (Pfizer, Moderna and Astrazeneca) or the single dose of Johnson & Johnson serum.

These are Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Lombardy, Marche, Sicily where, once you arrive on the platform, just enter the health card number and the tax code.
