Ansaldo Energia He Completed a capital increase of 400 million euros. The company itself announced it in a note, recalling that the operation had been approved by the shareholders' meeting for an amount between a minimum of 180 and a maximum of 580 million.
The recapitalization was achieved through the subscription of 40 million shares (at par value and without share premium) by the shareholder Cdp Equity Spa, which also exercised the pre-emption right for the portion not subscribed by the other shareholder, Shanghai Electric Hongkong Co Limited.
Upon conclusion of the capital increase, Cdp Equity's stake is therefore equal to approximately 88%, while the remaining 12% is held by Shanghai Electric Hongkong Co Limited.
