Anima: Bpm, Mps and Clessidra descend on the capital

In detail, Bpm fell from 18,888 to 16,849%, Mps from 11,573 to 10,324% and Clessidra from 9,482 to 7,477% – Unlike the other two selling shareholders, Clessidra had already reduced its stake on 30 April from 10,407% to 9,482 %.

Banca Popolare di Milano, Monte dei Paschi di Siena and the private equity fund Clessidra have reduced their stakes in Anima Holding after the partial exercise of the greenshoe. In detail, Bpm fell from 18,888 to 16,849%, Mps from 11,573 to 10,324% and Hourglass from 9,482 to 7,477%. This is what emerges from the Consob communications on significant shareholdings.

In the event of full exercise of the green shoe, according to the offer prospectus, Bpm would have fallen to 14,72%, Mps to 9,9% and Lauro 42 (Clessidra) to 8%. Unlike the other two selling shareholders, Clessidra had already reduced its stake on April 30 from 10,407% to 9,482%. The global coordinators of the IPO who had the right to exercise the greenshoe were Banca IMI, Unicredit and Goldman Sachs.

At the beginning of the afternoon, Anima's stock gained about one percentage point, a 4,178 euro.
