Anima Holding: first quarter profit +28% year on year to 17,7 million

The company active in asset management reported profits of 17,7 million euros in the first quarter, up 28% year-on-year – Total revenues stood at 59,7 million, +35% year-on-year – The total of assets under management reached 50 billion euro.

Anima Holding: first quarter profit +28% year on year to 17,7 million

The first quarter of Anima Holding ends, which closed with a net profit growing by 28% on an annual basis to 17,7 million euro. Total revenues are also good, +35% on the year to 59,7 million euros. Net inflows were particularly positive in the period considered, amounting to 2,4 billion euro, equal to approximately 70% of net inflows achieved in the entire 2013 financial year.

Total assets under management reached €50 billion in the first quarter. Net commissions also increased to 54,5 million euro (compared to 40,7 million euro in the same period of 2013). The net financial position at 31 March 2014 was negative by 15,8 million euros, an improvement of over 28 million euros compared to the end of 2013. 

In the mid-afternoon, the share of Anima dropped more than 1% in Piazza Affari, in line with the performance of the Italian stock exchange.
